Each training session will be built specifically for you, based on your assessments, your goals, and designed to improve your strengths and eliminate your weaknesses.

Program Outline

  • Set goals related to a targeted competition plan
    Training starts with the competition date in mind. Setting long- and short-term goals will help mark progress. Continually assessing benchmarks will inform program revisions to ensure the deepest level of personalization.
  • Build your aerobic system
    Initial aerobic assessment utilizes the PNOE Metabolic Analyzer to provide data that will guide the physical training and nutrition regimens. Building aerobic capacity is key to unlocking maximum physical potential.
  • Address strength and conditioning
    Baseline measures are followed to build a foundation of strength and stability, which enables greater physical improvements.
  • Prepare for competition day
    Appropriate workout tapering and nutrition guidelines lead to confidence, focus, and total preparedness before competition day.
