Losing unhealthy fat and building muscle require the guidance, encouragement, and knowledge offered by our coaches. Your Ticker membership will help you learn methods of managing stress, improving sleep quality, and bettering work/life balance. All of these factors affect your body composition and health.

SAMPLE BREAKDOWN OF A TRAINING SESSION:

Each training session will be built specifically for you, based on your assessments, your goals, and designed to improve your lean muscle mass and eliminate unwanted fat.

10-15 min. Warm-up and Instruction
15-20 min. Strength Building
15-30 min. Functional Aerobic Fitness
5 min. Cool Down and Recovery

Program Outline

  • Set personal goals
    • Start with a goal-setting consultation based on your InBody body composition assessment. Whether want to lose fat or build muscle, your coach will develop a plan specific to your current health and fitness levels, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Burn fat
    • Teach your body to utilize stored fat as a fuel source while building a robust aerobic system allows you to reach your body composition goals safely and successfully, especially in the long term.
  • Assess nutrition needs
    • Improve the quality, quantity, and timing of your meals specific to your lifestyle, which is an important part of improving overall health.
  • Improve habits
    • Learn methods of managing stress, improving sleep quality, and bettering work/life balance. All of these factors affect your body composition and health.

Our 4 week initial membership with help get you started on a program related to your personal fat loss or muscle building goals.
